Easy Remote learning/Working From Home Lunch Idea!

Who knew it was going to come to this?! Yet, here we are and as lunch hour approaches everyday there's always an ugly question that pops its head - What should I make?'
    Here is a super simple scrambled tofu panini recipe with you guys that is very very kid-friendly, healthy and takes less than 15 min to make!
    1. Marinate tofu with turmeric powder, kashmiri chili powder, garam masala and salt for about 30 min (or overnight in the refrigerator). Cilantro is optional but adds a wonderful flavor!

    1. Add little oil to a skillet and stir fry the tofu for about 2-3 min.
    2. Add in between bread and put it in a panini press. You can add some cheese to help with binding. TADA!! 

        Lunch is ready.

    I also add spinach for that extra crunch ;).
